Kinesiology tape is frequently observed on athletes such as swimmers, volleyball players, runners, basketball players, football players, soccer players, and others. It is utilized across various levels of athletic competition, including the Olympics, the NFL, the NBA, the NCAA, and high school sports. Beyond elite sports, kinesiology tape is also beneficial for everyday activities, assisting in reducing discomfort during work or play. Common areas for application include the neck, shoulder, lower back, knee, ankle, and foot.
